What would you call the kind of music you play?
"I prepared a very special and new style Funky Gong rock set influenced by the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s classic rock and I play mash up electro style. Everything mixed up together!  I use pioneer FX for looping, beat krush and delay filters etc… Sometimes I will play electric guitar to give a more live emotional feeling!"

(JOUJOUKA/MADSKIPPERS)
He has been an active member of an alternative rock band as a guitar/vocalist since the 80’s. Joins as a guitarist in the DJ TSUYOSHI’s (TSUYOSHI SUZUKI) ELECTRO ROCK BAND “JOUJOUKA” in 1998. At the same time, he starts his career as a DJ and begins performing in large-scale festivals and parties such as FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL. He actively performs overseas especially in the Asia region. As a result, he was nominated in “The Beat Awards 2008” as “Best International DJ Performance”, as well as receiving the “BEST DANCE ACT” in the 2009 AVIMA.
He continues to receive high reviews and the following year, FUNKY GONG’s track, “MUZIK DOWN”
is chosen as the BEST ELECTRO TRACK. He is not held back by genre and mixes
trance, techno, house and rock, and aims to create a new type of Funk/Psychedelic
Dance Music. He has also gathered a following with a wide range of audience with
his avant-garde style of playing the guitar while DJing. He continues to create
tracks and remixes as well as production works, and in April of 2010
released the long awaited first solo album “BLOW”. With this
release, he toured over 20 venues, creating a even larger
following, and in 2013, released the 5th original
“JOUJOUKA” album!! He is currently
working for the release of his
2nd solo album.

He released one of his solo album "BLOW", worldwide on Tsuyoshi's local MADSKIPPERS label in 2010.
His track "MUZIK DOWN" was awarded best electro track in "AVIVA 2010".
He is one to watch!
